Chapter 30:-

General point of view:

(Five years later....)

"Babe, I'm home," Barry greeted, entering their home.

"Hey honey," she spoke sweetly.

"Hi," he greeted, kissing her softly.

"Where's Nora?"

"She's asleep," Caitlin whispered.

He kissed her softly and she snuggled into his chest.

They separated quickly when they heard little feet pattering on the floor.

"Daddy?" Nora spoke groggily, holding her teddy bear.

"Hi princess," Barry spoke quietly.

"What's wrong?" Caitlin asked, picking her up.

"I had a nightmare," Nora pouted.

"What was it about?" Barry asked.

"A monster," Nora said hiding her face in her father's chest.

"Hey sweetie, those things aren't real so don't you worry," Caitlin said, rubbing her back.

Nora nodded and got up.

"I'm tired," she pouted.

Caitlin went upstairs and tucked her in.

"Goodnight mommy."

"Goodnight sweetie," Caitlin smiled, kissing her forehead and heading downstairs.

"How was work?" Caitlin asked.

He didn't answer.

"Barry," Caitlin repeated waving her hand in front of his face.

"Uh....um....what is it?" He stuttered.

"You were checking me out," she smirked.

"Can't a man check out his wife?" He pouted.

"Maybe," she said.

He leaned in to kiss her but she pulled away.

"None of that, Mr. Allen. Your daughter is upstairs."

"But she's sleeping," Barry whined.

"She could still walk in."

"Fine," he said grumpily.

She giggled softly and he turned to her.

"What?"

"Nothing."

"What is it?" He laughed.

"You're just cute when you're angry."

He smiled.

"I love you, Barry."

"I love you too, Caitlin."
