Chapter Six:Morning Surprises

*Paige somehow wakes up at 4 in the morning
*She sees the texts from Roman

Paige:Braun? I didn't expect to see you here.

Bruan:I could say the same for you Paige. Why are you even awake? You love sleeping.

Paige:It's called ignoring someone.

Braun:Who is it now?

Paige:Rather not say, wanna spot me for bench presses?

Braun:Bench presses? You hate those, you choose dumbbells usually. What's got you worked up now?

Paige:Rather not say, now spot me.

Braun:What do you want as your weights ?

Paige:Twenty on each side, I'll start light.

*They begin lifting weights
*After a good thirty minutes of working
out

Braun:You've gotten a lot better since a few years ago.

Paige:That was 2013, a lot has changed since NXT.

Braun:Yeah, but then again we never get to work out together.

Paige:Both of us are busy, we have careers.

Braun:Yours is at the top. SHIELD and PCB, that's all everyone talks about now.

Paige:Really?

Bruan:My storyline with Elias and Aidan is second, but everyone loves SHIELD and PCB.

Paige:How so?

*Her phone has notifications but she ignores them

Bruan:The men and women's division are always separated. It's been that way since April left. Since you guys started something with the SHIELD, everyone is intrigued.

Paige:But what about the Mixed Match Challenge?

Braun:Nobody really likes them, there's no story to it. It's just a match. The cameras pick up everything, it's the McMahon's who decide what gets to be put out to everyone with Fallout and backstage access things.

Paige:I realized that.

Braun:I think everyone knows something's going on with you and Colby.

*He brought up real names it was serious now.

Paige:Nothing is going on. There used to be something a long time ago, but now there is nothing.

*The door of the gym opens
*Inside walks Dean Ambrose

Dean:Paige, it's five in the morning, how are you awake?

Braun:I asked her the same thing.

Dean:Sethy Poo is looking for you.

Paige:And I'm avoiding him.

Dean:He's awake, and waiting for your hotel room door to open. Well technically he's making breakfast, and waiting to hear a door open from the outside.

*Braun chuckles

Paige: What am I supposed to do now?

Braun:So that's who you're
ignoring.

Paige: Shut it. Dean, you have to save me!

*Dean looks over at Paige's phone

Dean:Check your phone it's buzzing like hell.

*Paige rushes and sees that Seth is calling her
*She declines it and silenced her phone

Braun:He knows you're awake now.

Paige:I need to get to my room without him being there!

Dean:You're out of luck kiddo, that boy is desperate to know what he did.

Paige:Besides dating my best friend after me?

Braun:That's why you're mad at him?

*Braun is acting like Charlotte and Becky

Paige:No! There's much more than that.

Dean:Okay let's just continue working out until seven, then we can all head out for breakfast together like pals.

*She looks at them

*Walking into the gym is Finn Balor

Dean:Look who appears at the gym.

Finn:It is I, the demon king!

*All of them burst out laughing

Finn:I have a better one. It is I, Mr.Stealyogirl.

Braun:You mean the charmer? The majority of your fan base thinks of you as eye candy.

Paige:*mutters under her breath He charms Becky for sure.

Dean:Say something Paige?

*She shakes her head

Finn:Paige! Sweetheart, it's too early for you to be awake. Did you get any sleep?

*He sounds like a concerned Dad

*He rushes over to her and presses his hand to her forehead

Paige:I'm fine I just wanted a workout.

*Swats him away

Dean:Aww Paige don't be mean to Daddy Finny he's only trying to make sure you're okay.

Paige:Shut up before I call Becky to attack.

*Braun walks over to Finn

Braun:Start working out, they'll be like this for awhile. We're heading out for breakfast at seven, if you're done you're free to join us.

*Finn begins working out

Dean:Becky can't hurt me. I know things against her.

Paige:So? I can call Nikki on you. There's no way you have anything on her. She'll call John on you if you did.

Dean:Touché.

Paige:Let's continue working out before we go eat.
