A mother is the woman who birthed you. More often than not, she is the only person that truly loves you.

In my case, I fall in the not case. To lose your mother at a very young age and to have your father take out his despair on you is something no child would ever wish for.

Sadly, I just had to be that unfortunate child. I did not wish for it but my sweet mother died and left me with a bitter father.

How they were ever such a perfect pair when she was alive amazes me. But then again, death changes a person.

Expecially if it snatches away a loved one, a confidant and worst of all, a friend.

It makes you go ballistic. It makes you wish you'd die too. But we have to hold on. If anything but to make them happy.

My father despairs for my mother immensely. I knew in my heart that he'd never be a good father without her so I ran. I ran somewhere that would let me be closer to my mother. If only.
