She should want to get out of bed in the morning.
She should want to talk to people.
Instead she stays inside.
She hides.
Why?

The outside helps, the fresh air and sunshine, the colors. Whenever I find myself in a rough spot I run, I run until I can't anymore. It just relieves the stress. It helps to sort out how I'm going to fix things. Or myself. Maybe you should run with me? That's if you want to, of course. You're never going to see this so it doesn't matter. But maybe I'll ask you.
