Chapter XXIII

We ended up also having dinner there with his parents and brother and decided to go sightseeing Monday, which was the last day me and him were here in China

We went home and immediately went to sleep since he had to get up really early the next day for Team Wang. He did say that I should stay and sleep and that he was going to grab lunch on the way back

I felt someone kiss my head waking me up slightly "See you in a bit jagyia"

I smiled and reached up pulling him once again stealing a kiss from his lips before rolling to the other side and falling asleep again

I softly woke up with the sunlight on my face but it wasn't blinding me. I looked up trying to open my eyes as much as I could so I could see Jackson sleeping peacefully with me on top

He was already dressed but must've slipped back in bed when he came back

I scratched my nose and laid back down changing my position to a more comfortable one. My back was facing his body now and my head was on his shoulder. I was looking at his hand when I saw it again.. the ring

Our maching rings and our matching bracelets..

I smile taking mine out and looking at it. The chinese characters of his name embroidered next to his English name..

Flashbacks of the previous day kept coming back making my heart flutter as I stood here in the arms of the only man I loved..

I felt him move and wrap his other arm around my waist while mumbling something in his sleep. I couldn't help but laugh softly as I heard him sigh

"Are you awake Jia Er?"

I heard nothing back so I just relaxed again taking another glance at our rings.. this was serious.. he wanted this to get serious and be real one day..

I looked at my phone that was on the bed side table charging and my smile turned to a frown.. but could I really handle all of this?

His busy schedule.. all the nights apart..

Could I really be the strong woman he needs?

I sighed taking another look at the ring while slipping it back in my finger.

I snuggled more onto his chest feeling his breathing in my hair while I caressed his arm softly.. this moment.. this is a moment I want to keep forever with me.. a moment I want to keep as a memory

I looked back up at my phone and slowly inched in back stretching out my arm so I could take a picture of us

I laughed when I opened the camera and turned it to us. My hair was all over his face and for the looks of it, he did not care about it at all.. he had a soft pout as he breathed calmly

Of course I took a million pictures until in one of them, I noticed him slightly opening his eyes

"Agh.. Cameras everywhere" he mumbled pulling me closer to him as I giggled

"I am an ahgase who needs to share the exclusives with other ahgases! A picture of Jackson Wang sleeping? That's worth like, a million bucks!" I joked making him groan

"You're not an ahgase. You're my baby.. only my fan" (ahgase = baby bird) he mumbled softly caressing my tummy as I looked at the pictures I had just taken

"What are we going to do today?" I asked selecting my favorite pictures

"Hum.. Whatever you want to do" he mumbled back again making me look at him to see his soft puppy eyes close again

I chuckled softly "You must be so tired.."

"I'm fine, don't worry"

I bit my lip and snuggled to his chest "how about, sleeping.. let's just stay here and do nothing" I asked feeling him kiss the top of my head

He didn't answer me and soon his breathing changed again. He fell back asleep and I couldn't really blame him for it.. he is always working so hard whenever he is at Team Wang. The days before the song was complete he always stayed into the late ours, not even taking breaks. And whenever he was with me, he always seemed tired but of course, tried to deny it as much as possible

I went back into my phone and wandered off to Twitter.. the rumors of Jackson Wang having a girlfriend were spreading like wildfire. I decided to tweet from my fan account about the matter and people seemed to agree with me.

"Jackson will tell us all about it when he is ready.. until then lets just respect their privacy"

I wasn't a big account so I did not get as much attention but I was grateful for it. I wanted to keep the people I met there as friends and to be unknown like I always was

I couldn't ignore the people saying that he could not be dating me since I was this or that.. that kinda hurt my soul a little..

They did try to search about me but most of the things they found were untrue. They were just straight up lies, and they didn't know much about me

Only a few low quality photos of me taken by fans.. all they knew was my korean name and my face.

We ended up spending the entire day in his house just being with each other and enjoying each other's company specially since the next day we had to spend it with his entire family again

The flight back to Seoul was once again really quiet and full of cuddles specially because he had to start working like a maniac for his comeback as soon as we stepped foot in Korean soil

I went back to my job and to college where I began making my own friends and building my own life. Jackson would come hang out at night at our apartment so we could be together and somehow, that brought him even closer to JB and Jinyoung.

At school I met a girl named Joo Ji Ah who worked at a clothes shop in front of the cafe I was on so we became pretty close

She introduced me to her other two best friends, Do Bong Soon and Kim Hyunji and soon, a social life bloomed in front of my eyes

I began making other friends at college and began hanging out with them, but what really surprised me was how calm Jackson was about it..

He didn't mind.

He listened to me talking about them and just smiled giving his opinion on them. He listened to what I said and tried to not be bothered about it, which really pleased me

I turned my head waiting for him to give me an opinion as he kepts playing with my hair. We were in the couch laying next to eachother in between the fluffy pillows. His arm around my waist as we talked about our day

He spoke about what I said but my ears turned off.. all I could look at was his round adorable eyes and plump lips.. at his facial expression as he explained whatever he was explaining. He adjusted his hat that he had put on to not show his still sweaty and unwashed hair but I found myself wanting to take it off anyways

"Haeju? Did you even listen to what I said?" He asked looking straight at me with a slight smirk

I shook my head honestly and he laughed bringing my waist closer to him "What were you thinking about"

I smiled and brough my hands to his chin pulling him down to me so we could kiss

"Cut it off guys!" We heard behind us and soon a pillow fell down on us

Jackson immediately sat up looking towards the kitchen and throwing the pillow back at JB while I laughed

I'm just thinking about how happy I am..
