Chapter 1: Alone
Y/N's POV
"You B*tch!"
"I'm leaving!"
"Go ahead!"
God, when will this stop? When will all the pain go away? When will my life be better?
I sat down the staircase, tearing up as I saw my parents fighting again. I would always hear them fight. I would cry myself to sleep.
"I heard her parents were divorced."
"I heard Y/N never had friends."
"Such a loner."
"She's pretty, but I wouldn't hang out with a girl who has a broken family."
Hearing those words from my classmates. Hearing those rumours. But they're all just true...
"Why...?" I mumbled.
I ran behind the building an leaned on the wall sliding down as I cover my face with tears. "God... Why..?"
"I thought you left!"
"I can't leave my daughter with you! You're a monster!"
"She's fine with me!"
If I had to pick who'd I'd stay with...
"Y/N, you're coming home with me!"
"No, she's with me!"
I'd pick...
"Y/N, who do you want to stay with? Your father who sleeps with girls, or your loving Mom?"
I pick........
"Myself."
They both looked at each other. "Pardon?"
I shouted, "I WANT TO LIVE BY MYSELF."

8:00 AM
"Y/N will you hurry up? The bus is leaving!"
I groaned as I moved to the other side of the bed. "1 more minute..."
Suddenly, I felt pain in my head as I was hit by a cup Linda threw.
"Ow! Rude! And what the hell are you doing here?
"You're lucky I can pick locks, or else you'd be late. Shut up, we have 30 minutes left. Go get dressed."
This is why I love Linda. She's my bestfriend who sounds like a mother.
"Psht. Fine 'Mom'." I grinned.
It was just 5 years ago since I left home. I now live in an apartment. Today's the first day of Senior Year. I hope everything would turn out fine.
"God, please send me a Guardian Angel to watch over me."
I saw light that flashed from the corner of my eye.
Then I saw... Him.
"Hello, Y/N."
It even got weirder... When God sent me him...
