f i f t e e n

there once was a girl
whose future was brighter
than most
she was ambitious
she was determined
she wanted to become somebody
but one day
that all changed
she was no longer the girl
we all once knew
she had become a shell
of her former self
i am her
and i want nothing more
than to revert
back to
the person i once was
