f i f t y - o n e

maybe, just maybe,
some of us just aren't meant
to be happy.
maybe, just maybe,
we need to be sad so that others
can feel happy.
how does one experience happiness
if there is no sadness?
so maybe, just maybe,
we are all chasing after happiness,
but we will never seize it
