silence and a song

tae's eyes flutter open as the boy rubs his eyes softly with his small fist.
sitting up, he looks to his left for my boyfriend, but the bed was empty.
he pouts and gets out of bed, with his blankets still wrapped around his small frame.

"h-hyung?" tae calls out as he walks into the dining area.

"hey sweetie." jin smiles and dents down a bowl of cereal for the boy.

"where's yoongi hyung?" tae asks, scooping some fruit loops into his mouth.

"he's at the studio. he said something about writing a song." jin shrugs.

"oh. okay then, where's everyone else?" tae asks.

"dance studio. i'm going there too, what about you sweetheart?"

"i think i'll stay." tae giggles and finishes his cereal.

tae prances around the dorm, practicing his singing and sometimes just playing around with yeontan.

"i'm so boreddd." tae whines.

he stands up and runs over to his closet.
the boy slips on a sweater and some skinny jeans, putting on his shoes.

tae knocks the door to the studio and waist outside for him to open the door.
once the door open, tae is greeted by his boyfriend.

"hi hyung!" tae smiles.

yoongi ignores him and walks back inside.
he grunts and sit on his chair, continuing his song writing making tae pout.

"what's wrong yoonie?" tae asks, walking closer to his boyfriend.

when yoongi doesn't answer, tae gets even more worried.
he kneels downs beside the latter and looks at yoongi clearly.

"hyung? what's wro-"

"nothing. leave." yoongi says lowly.

tae blinks his eyes in surprise.
yoongi never gets mad at him, never.

"y-yoon-"

"i said leave!" yoongi raises his voice at tae.

tae flinches as tears begin to form in his eyes.
he stands up silently and swiftly runs out the door and to the dorms.

he plops on his bed and wails, letting out his cries and sobs.
his heart breaking at how mad yoongi was.
negative begin to consume his fragile mind.

it was about seven when everyone arrived home and the dorm was silent as ever.
yoongi also comes into the dorm, a feeling of relief and delight around him.

"where's tae?" jimin asks.

"his room?" jeongguk replies, unsure.

jimin walls over to tae's room and knocks on the door.

the door opens revealing tae with bed hair, tear stained cheeks and a large shirt showing off his collarbones that are so prominent.

"hey tae." jimin smiles.

"d-dada." tae does grabby hands at jimin as tears spill out of his eyes.

jimin gasps at the tears but quickly scoops the smaller boy into his strong arms.
tae sniffles at the older's shoulder.

"what's wrong bubba?"

jimin feels tae shaking his head and doesn't push the boy.
he walks into the living room where everyone was resting.
jeongguk smiles wildly when he seeing tae.
