"W-where am I?"
"Mary, is that you?"
"M-ary?! No! I am ZIM!"
"Zim?! You don't look like Zim."
"Eh?"
"You look like Irken Mary."
"What are you talking about, Gir? I am Zim!"
"No you're not! That's Zim!" Gir said, pointing down to the real Zim. He was lying on his side, unconscious. His PAK was missing, which only meant that he was dead. He saved Dib's life.
"Then, who am I?"
"Mary!" Gir handed "Mary" a mirror. It reflected an Irken, with copper eyes. He had the same skin complexion as any alien would, green. But, his antennas were too long for his head, which was too big for his body. But the thing that really caught his eye, was that he was wearing Dib's clothes.
"Why on Irk am I wearing Dib-Monkey's clothes?!"
"Ugh. Because you are Dib-Monkey!"
"That's impossible!"
"Do you not remember anything?"
"What is there to remember?"
"You died. Zim gave his PAK to you. You're alive."
"Why would I ever do that?"
"Because Zim loooooooves yoou." Gir flashed his googly eyes at Dib. No wait, Zim. Dib with Zim's brain. He was wearing Zim's PAK after all.
"I do not love Dib!"
"But you ARE Dib!" Someone else was in the room.
"Eh? Tak?!"
"Yes, it is I, Tak."
"What are you doing here? I thought I got rid of you!"
"Look, whatever's going through your mind is wrong. You are not Zim. You are Dib."
"I dont understand."
Tak sighed. "All I know is that you ran out of oxygen, so you died. And Zim felt terrible, so he took off his PAK, well I took off his PAK, and attached it to you. And everyone knows, Irkens can't live without their PAKs, so he died. But now, you must have Zim's memories. Well, that would make since, I mean you technically are wearing his brain."
"But if I'm Dib, why do I look like this? And where did all my memories go?"
"Unfortunately, I can't answer why you look like a real Irken, because you're not. But, you should be able to obtain your memories again."
"Really!? How?"
"I don't know. Look, I gotta go now. I'm going to get caught really soon. Mimmi!"
"Wait! Take me with you! We can figure this out together!"
Tak hesitated before answering. "Well, I suppose this could help me understand more about Irkens. Oh, alright, you can come along. But, you better not destroy, touch, or smell anything!"
"Oh, o-okay."
"Hey, uh, Gir, Right? Go get Zim's ship."
"Why are you taking my ship?!"
"I'm not taking your ship, I'm taking Zim's ship."
"Oh, right. Cause I'm Dib."
"Wait, if you have Zim's memories, do you not remember anything about what happened before?"
"Before? Before what?"
Tak rolled her purple eyes. "Nevermind."
Gir came back, and crashed into all the snacks lying on the floor with the ship.
"Thanks. Now fill it up with all this," Tak commanded Gir and Mimmi. "Oh, and Mimmi? You're driving."
"Hey! What about me?" Gir pouted, eating a Milky Way.
"Get that thing out of your mouth. It's a disgrace to the armada," she paused. "Hey, okay, just because I'm leaving, doesn't mean I'm totally ditching the Irken race."
"Why are you fleeing, Tak?"
"The Tallest. They refused to listen to my idea. Actually, they refused to listen to all of my ideas. So, I decided to get my revenge. I tried blowing up the Massive, which failed. They caught me, and some other runaway, and the sirens went off."
"That other runaway, was me. Well, Zim. It was Zim."
"Right, okay. So, I decided that the best thing for me to do is to conquer the universe by myself. Well, I guess now with you."
"Yeah, that's right. With me."
"Oh, by the way," Tak started, throwing Zim's dead body in with the snacks. "Zim told me to tell you that he loves you. As Dib."
