Later That Day

Percy's POV:

I was sitting in a tree near the fifth cohort fiddling with a small stone square when a familiar person wearing roman styled armor walked up to the tree and sighed.

"Dante" the person said and I looked down with a raised eyebrow and saw Bellona

"Yes Bell?" I ask and she crosses her arms

"Thank you" She said quietly

"For...?" I prompted sarcastically

"Saving my daughter from that stupid..." She started but I chuckled

"Arrogant, dumbass who only wants power. Right? Don't worry, it's part of my job so I had to, besides I found pleasure in watching the little vermin squirm and shake" I said as I jumped down and looked over Bellona carefully "Have you ever thought about cutting your hair?" I asked randomly causing her to step back slightly

"No... I like my hair long... why do you ask?" She replied and I shrugged before pulling out a stone with an R carved onto it flicked it into the air next to me creating a portal for a few seconds before it snapped shut "What was that?" She said with surprise

"What? This?" I say as I throw another stone and a small hailstorm appeared in the air "It's just something I picked up on during my long life" I explained as I put the stones in a small pouch that I made disappear "Don't worry about it, so what did you need Bell?" I say as I circled her

"I uh... just wanted to thank you, and um..." She stammered as I slowly rotated around her a smile growing on my face "Would you please stop circling me? It makes me feel..."

"Small? Weak? Good then you should know who is protecting your daughter, but remember I do this of my own free will, that and Selene threating me with shopping, but I do expect you to visit her every now and then and maybe a little something on the side I don't know." I said as I finished circling her and leaned against the tree "Fenrir's children have gotten more active of late, I've been hearing stories in the news about recent wolf attacks" I said with a sigh

"What does that have to do with you?" Bellona said as she tilted her head in confusion

"Fenrir, as you know, is supposed to swallow the sun. Then to kill Odin, and several others. Once he does that, the world snake will come out and do some things that need to be stopped as well as kill Thor. Now I don't want that to happen, as it would, one put your daughters in danger, two, be a massive inconvenience for me, and three, be a pain in the ass to fix. Fenrir is strong I'll give him that, but still not as strong as me but it would still be a close fight" I say as I start circling Bellona again out of habit "Now, let's say Fenrir decides to send his children after, say, Hylla, then I would have to kill them. Well, then he knows that I'm around and he will redouble his efforts in trying to escape to take revenge on me" I continued "Now, I've been to the nine realms, and I've made many enemies, those enemies would love to take a crack at me or those who I care about. So, in the long run, this all puts your daughters in danger" I finished and I looked at Bellona who nodded slowly

"But Loki and Thor are really strong couldn't they work together to kill Fenrir and the world snake?" Bellona asks and I sigh

"Sadly no, I keep telling Loki that but he thinks it's set in stone, when it's not" I say as I pull out my two rapiers and mold them into a longsword "I do fear however, that Reyna and Hylla will separate at some point, and when that happens everything will turn for the worst for a while. My abilities in future prediction no matter how small they are, are very useful when it comes to certain things. I have seen Reyna going through lots of hardship, I've seen you going through a tough time in the near future, I've also seen Loki cleaning more chariots, horrible, horrible things" I said and she nodded with a confused look on her face

"Will you protect her?" She asked and I nodded before she opened her mouth to speak again but shook her head "Sorry, I shouldn't ask" She said and as she made to leave I flicked a rune at her and when it hit her it vanished "What did you do? I can't flash out of here..." she said with a scared voice as I walked in front of her

"Keeping things bottled up is a bad idea. I do it because I have to not because I want to" I lied easily and she nodded before looking at me again

"I don't know... I shouldn't say anything, it would make things weird" She said and I raised an eyebrow

"Loki gave birth to a horse, a wolf, and a snake, I highly doubt there is anything that can be more weird than that." I say with a laugh "Like, he was sleeping when he shifted into a female form of himself since he is gender fluid, and a snake mated with him before it slithered off." I explained and I knew that Loki knew I was talking about him "The wolf was possibly the funniest, because Loki actually fell in love with the wolf, it was a prank the other Asgardians had made to get back at the trickster god and it was both hilarious and devastating. Hilarious because he was mating with a wolf, devastating because it produced Fenrir, but Heimdall did get a recording so everyone could embarrass Loki every once in a while. The horse was just strange, I think Thor and Loki made a bet and Loki lost, so... yeah... that's how that happened" I finished and Bellona was on the floor laughing

"Really? That's how the greatest terrors of Loki came to be? That's funny" She said as she slowly calmed herself down and stood back up and looked at me "Well, I need to get going, but we should continue this conversation some time" She said before flashing off

I sighed and climbed the tree and laid on a branch. A small smile flitted across my face as I relished in Loki probably being worked to the bone.

Loki' POV:

I bent over in pain, putting my hand on the chariot for support.

"Oh, my pride... its hurting!! Curse you Percy! How dare you tell someone! I thought we were friends!" I yelled mockingly into the sky just as Selene walked out with drinks

When she saw me I froze as I looked at the chariot to see fingerprints on it, I then heard the shattering of glasses. I glanced over to see Selene holding a glass of lemonade as she crossed her arms.

"What. Did. I. Say?" She said deathly quietly and quickly started polishing the smudged part of the chariot

By this point the chariot was perfectly spotless and it looked like a mirror. I groaned in pain as my shoulders and back hurt from the constant polishing.

"Keep polishing Loki, keep polishing" She ordered and I obliged
