everyone making trenches loading supplies into small huts and camps

(edd's pov)
edd was looking at his husband who was holding their child his eyes clouded with worry and sorrow
"matt i need you to go someplace safe...bring oscar with you i cant spare you or him during this war" he tears up looking into his husbands eye "because if...i dont make it...if i die i need someone to take care of oscar and i know that will be you matt" he took his engagement ring and wedding ring off and hands it to matt "hold onto these till i come back my love"
"edd...you dont have to do this" matt frowns resting his forehead on edd's as oscar starred at the two in confusion "please i wont be able to make it without you" he sighs "please please come with me"
"no matt am leading this army i have to fight along side them" he looks down "farewell for now my love" he walks in the tent as soldiers escorted matt away from the camp
(tom's pov)
tom was standing beside tord as tord discussed the plan of attack at the trenches of the rebellion base as tord smirked "we will attack at midnight meeting has ended get the bombers ready and tanks get all soldiers well fed and ready" tord smirked standing up "come on thomas you need to be well suited" he walks away towards tord's specialized laboratory as tom went and sat down on the table without tord needing to tell him to, the night before the collar on tom was taking off due to tom forcing tord to let him fight
tom starred at tord as tord handed a specialized gun giving tom a light stare "use this when where loosing shoot edd or me you have to pick a side that truly deserves the world" he whispered as he picks up a needle containing a device and inserts the needle in tom's vain as tom winced but allowed it "this is your life signal...it will alert me if your hurt or dead" he sighs heavily placing a hand on tom's cheek "one of us will fall in the war....and let that be me or edd" he sounded serious "you will say you were forced to fight and they will release you from custody got it?" tom nodded "then lets go get ready for this war
