Craig's pov

I just felt awkward to start a conversation since they were all busy with themselves. They were laughing hysterically and I was there silent.  I would have laughed if I got the joke. Should I seek their attention??  Oh Craig you are the attention seeker??? What happened to girls chasing you??  And now you are the one seeking attention?? Whatever. I fake cough making them turn their heads my way. I open my mouth to speak but no words come out.  I look at Isis /René but she looked as if she was bored. But she still managed to look beautiful. I already felt my crotch hardening and I open my mouth. Still nothing came out. She suddenly said"Why are you here??"  I smirked to keep my facade and said " oh well I want to be here so I am ".

She looks at me with irritated expression and before she could speak,  my guys sit down next to us and in a minute the table is packed. Izzy Abdullah, Brent Matthews and Talon Monterio sat down on the remaining seats. They are my bestfriends since middle school when René left me. I mean what did I do?? I really liked her when she came to me first time in kindergarten.  I had been hiding my feelings since then but in middle school I decided to tell her. It was the first time I was being brave but she didn't talk to me since then. I mean she did talk but not like we used to do. I really thought it was my fault but later Captain said that she was afraid to build anything more than friendship and now she has a freaking boyfriend. Why not me??  I still love her. Maybe she was the reason I had become someone I'm not. No I really don't like being the bad boy. I really hate this but if I don't act tough, I am nothing but a huge softie and people make fun of me and take advantage of the situation. Yeah whatever but these days I was seriously liking being the bad boy because it  has its perks too😉. A freaking small hand moved around my face and snapped me from my thoughts.  I glared at the hand to see it was Mia. Well, she is a good friend of mine besides being René's bestfriends because she is also a billionaire's daughter and we often meet at parties and stuff. She sent me a sheepish grin and I smiled.  Well,  you might have been wondering what the others were doing. They were all chatting with each other.  I cough again to get their attention. And I hear René's small voice mumbling "attention seeker"  I smirked at her behavior which hasn't changed much since childhood that is,

she speaks whatever is on her mind. I shake my head hoping to shake my thoughts too and speak"Well, we will all be sitting here from now on." with that I smiled at all of them and they were a bit shocked but no one said anything until René got up and went to the ladies room with Mia trailing behind her. I shrugged at the guys and started poking my food. After  a few minutes, René and Mia came and sat down quietly eating their food. Mia gave me a reassuring nod and I let out a long breath I didn't know I was holding.

René 's pov

After taking to Mia I felt a bit relaxed and I heard a long breath being out of Craig. I look at him just to see him staring at me with a genuine smile. I nod apprehensive  and that's fine for me. I don't see Rachin around though. Maybe he had practice. I open my phone to text him.

Chi, where are you??? 😒-ne

I eat my sandwich in peace hearing all the chitchat from the table.

Ne, I'm coming to you baby hold onnnnnn😘😘😘😘😘😄-chi

I smile at the text. Here comes my savior.......
I look up to see Rachin panting lightly. I smile up at him to see anger visible in his eyes watching our table filled up with what he calls dimwits. Yeah, he doesn't swear in front of me thinking I'd copy it too. 😂😂and I find it freaking hilarious because I do know all the swear words taught to me by Stan, dad's young assistant. Well,  he isn't that young. He is about 25 years old I guess, from what I gather. He treats me like his sister he never had and I treat him like the brother I never had.

Rachin pulls the chair and sits down. Here  starts the staring contest between Craig and Rachin and boy do they look cute ??😂😉like small angry kittens. Say..... what??

Heyyyyyyyyyyy, guys I'm back with another chapter and I seriously hope you like it. 😄and I really did decide to write a new story but that may take a bit time but I promise it will be worth the wait. Soo anybody insomniac???? I am and it took a bit courage to tell everyone. Not many people in my life know about it though but I felt like telling you guys. Idk why though 😅 and I've decided to put a quote or picture at the end of every chapter or authors note (a/n)
