Me and Emily were on our usual route around the city for her to get used to running we would run at buildings so she could practice phasing and I would run at her to practice  her dodging she had really taken to her speed it was nice just the two of us running around the city It helped us both we had stopped a few petty crimes now I not what your thinking my daughter is six years old and her running around the city is bad enough but allowing her stop crime yes I now from this it sounds like I'm a bad parent but I don't Have a choice with Caitlin in a coma and Cisco and Barry currently on Earth two I need all the help I can get. Let's not get it wrong she's six years old so she wouldn't be that strong but in training yesterday she punched me so hard I flew into the wall so yes she's strong like her mother she would freeze me a lot it hurt (sad face) we eventually end our run back at STAR LABS "Dad that was so much fun." I just smile at her and give her a high five to be honest she had listened to me on everything I said she knew what to say if she asked what she did after school that she was sat in the hospital it was nice to have her there by my side as we fought crime

Me and Emily had decided to go to the hospital to see Cait as we hadn't been there for a few days as we had been training  and what not she looked so peaceful layed there oblivious to the world with no burdens holding her back.

"Dad I miss mommy." I hold her tight and whisper "I do to but she's coming back." We both go to sleep.

I suddenly wake at the sound of movement but Emily is asleep I look at cait and for the first time in months she moves "ugh b-Barry is that you." I slowly pick Emily up and sit her in the chair and walk to cait "yes babe it me we're both here." Happiness overwhelms me "we were so scared." She smiles and pulls me down so she can hug me "I could never leave you two you are my world." Theses words meant the world to me we hugged for what seemed like infinity but we were interrupted when DR Lexie grey Caitlin's doctor walks in "ahh I see she's up." Oh sorry I should of came to get you." She shakes her head "don't worry you haven't seen each other for months so don't apologise." DR grey had helped a lot she always told me what they were doing to Cait "well her vitals look good so I'll come back in 3 hours and if there still the same you'll be able to go home." We both smiles at the news but the thought of what iris had done popped back in to my head "umm so Cait a few things happened while you were in your coma number one ie Emily she has um speed like me." Cait s facial expression didn't change she was in a state of shock "don't worry she's been training with me for a month and she nows every thing I now every morning we go on a run around the city Cisco made her a suit and she's stopped some petty crimes, Cait I'm sorry if you don't like this but with everyone gone she's been a really big help." She giggled " well as long as she's safe and with you I'm happy for her to be a speedster."
That made me glad she was happy for Emily to be a hero I walked over to the chair were Emily was asleep I picked her up and layed her on cait's bed and I sat on the edge life was good again

i now we often don't listen but I need you to I need you to stop Emily from using her speed in an nice way she becomes evil and her goal is to rule the less she uses her speed the longer this fate takes to come and as you know you're not alive in my time and that because Emily killed you the only problem with that is it's a lot harder to stop her as she only listens to you dad me and me and Jake have fought to stop her and oh Jake he's your son never of us are powerful enough. Anyway by this time mom will be out of her coma she lives her days in a trance because without you dad she's lost and I would go back and save you but the last thing you said to me was not to change the timeline but I don't see any other way, the other way I guess is with the help of mom but like I said she not like you know her anyway dad I better be going now it's nice to talk to you again I love you more than you'll ever know just remember that
