Along a dead tree
Leaving behind a trail
For others to see
A mark
A symbol
A letter
Turns into a word
A phrase
A sentence
A feeling
A story
That wants to be heard
Hoping that one day
Someone will see
the mark
that turned into a story
on the dead tree.
