        Walking with Tenzin
                      ------

I can't seem to stop thinking about Asami. I don't think I even slept last night because of her, wondering how my hands would feel on her pale skin or how would she feel if my hand was stroking her beautiful black hair. Though one question stood up the most.

How would she feel?

Does she even roll that way? Liking the same gender? That's highly not possible for a girl like her. There's even a chance she already has a lover,

'What am I going to do?' I thought, fighting back the tiny stinging pain in my chest and steadied my breathing.

"Stop it" I quietly mumbled to myself, "Just stop thinking about it. About her," I didn't realize I snorted at my own statement.

Stop thinking about her? That's easier said than done. I groaned as I gave myself a smack on the forehead.

"Focus Korra. You need to focus" Tenzin said while taking deep breaths, "You have to clear your mind of all that's troubling you as you breathe in and out" he said, demonstrating it. 'Ugh this is so boring' I thought,

"Umm Tenzin? When can I actually start training?" I said before breaking off the lotus position and crossing my arms,

"This is training!" He let out a sigh and continued, "Just look at Meelo, see how he concentrates. His breathing is all too steady."

I looked at the child. He was not meditating, he was sleeping! "Uhh Tenzin, I think that's probably because he's sleeping" I said,

"What! Meelo wake up" Tenzin said as he gently shook his son's shoulders. It didn't do anything. Tenzin's face was a little red, clearly by annoyance. After a few more attempts, he finally gave up,

"You're dismissed Korra" Tenzin said, carrying the sleeping child in his arms, "Oh and we're heading to the City today, be ready" he vanished from my line of sight.

'Why are we going to city? Is this about the council?' Questions keep popping up in my head, but none of them lightened up to my interests.

'Guess I'll just have to wait' I thought.

-----

"Tenzin, where are we going?" I asked, looking at the airbending master flip through pages of a yellow folder.

Oogie just landed, but Tenzin still hasn't answered me yet, "Tenzin" I whined as I followed him off of the flying bison,

"Be patient Korra" Tenzin paused to scan the papers, "Okay, everything's here. Let's go" he said, walking up the building's stairs.

We entered the building and I saw men wearing the same uniform. Some have badges attached to them, those badges were a clear indicator that we are currently at the police department,

"Tenzin? Why are we here?" I asked while raising an eyebrow. He looked at me, his expression unreadable, "We're here to tell the Chief of police that the Avatar is in Republic City"

Wait, what?

Didn't he say before that I should remain unknown?

"I thought we aren't supposed to tell anyone" I said, confusion in my tone. Tenzin stopped walking and so did I, he turned his body to face mine. A small smile on his face,

"Well, if you're going to be attending in a highschool, a few people is going to need to know.  A few  trusted officers of the Chief is going to have to know, as well as the school board."

A huge grin was painted on my face and my teeth were biting my lip to prevent me from an unnecessary squealing, "Really?" I squeaked,

"Did the lotus members approve?"
