I believe this is possibly the 4th/5th rewrite of TDoM. Ha, I should be studying, but after almost a year since the last update, I reread this story and could barely make it through each chapter without cringing or crying from all the plot holes and lack of versatility. I have been told by a friend that the story is essentially like 10 trains crashing into one huge mess and I agree.
So, I am back. Hopefully, I'll be able to stay focused enough to finish the very much needed rewrite. So, if you are reading, please bear with me and please tell me if there are any mistakes.

Bai Li Hua
(Also goes by her birth name- Mingjun)
- Originally a country child, but was adopted by Duke Han and his 2nd wife, Bai Qi Lan
- No official title
Li Jie
- The 2nd prince whose name means 'hero'
- Prefers to travel than socialise, so not many people recognise him
Duke Han
-1st legitimate master of the House of Han and a high ranking noble in the Emperor's court- was the emperor's study buddy when younger.
Emperor Huizong
- His empress is a mortal descendent of the earth realm. He has 3 imperial consorts, 2 noble consorts and 2 consorts- as well as 20 other concubines (He is a very lustful man)
- Enjoys fighting and war, hence why the country is like, dying.
