009: Fright or fight

Crystal heard it the thund thund, she heard voices, it sounded like they were therting someone, she found herself in a loft.

She saw shadows, and flashing lights, she felt a surge of power run through her vines making her crash to the ground, holding her arm in pain.

She let the scream that was bubbling in her chest out, it felt like a whight was lifted. She felt lighter like she could do anything.

Thund thund thund, she heard a crash and a scream that wasn't hers, thund thund, he was here, was he okay? Was he the one who screamed?

The questions were back, pestering her with a headache, the thund faded away with one last scream to company it.

Lights flashed before her eyes, and then it was gone as soon as it happened. She still hadn't found him.
