Raised By The Enemy

Chapter 2

"K-Kidnapped me?" Yugo stuttered

'Yes. Yugo how do I get into the pocket dimension?' Adami asked

"How would I know? I've never even been out of the floor of the tower my room is in."

'Is there a window anywhere?'

"Yeah."

'Check for a Zaap portal.'

"A Zaap? Okay..." Yugo replied as he walked over to the small window that sat above the desk in his room "There's one. On the east side of the tower."

'Okay. Don't worry. We'll come and save you.'

"Who's 'we'?"

'The Eliatrope Council.'

"Yugo?" Oropo called from outside of Yugo's room

"I need to go."

'See you soon Little Brother.'

"Yugo?"

"Coming Father. Az was thirsty." Yugo replied as he rushed out into the main room

Oropo chuckled "Okay, go start breakfast." Yugo nodded and rushed over to the stove. Echo walked into the temple "Echo, did you speak with Ush?" Oropo asked

"Yes." Echo replied

"What card game did he make you play to get him to tell you?"

"He wants to teach Yugo how to play poker, and that's what you ask?" Echo laughed

"Yes. That's what I ask."

"I ended up playing blackjack."

"Did you win?"

"I always win."

"I found out where Yugo is!" Adami exclaimed as he burst into Baltazar's study, startling Baltazar, who fell to the floor

"And where might that be?" Baltazar replied as he stood up

"In a pocket dimension, there's a Zaap Portal! We just need to figure out who built the pocket dimension, then we can get to Yugo and save him!"

"Ta-da!" Yugo smiled as he carried three plates of chocolate chip pancakes (because why not?) over to Oropo and Echo.

"Thank you Yugo." Echo said as she took a plate of pancakes

"You're welcome." Yugo said happily as he handed a plate to Oropo

Yugo sat in his room reading a book 'Yugo.'

"Adami?" Yugo asked as he sat up

'Yeah, can you tell me what the guy who kidnapped you's name is?'

"I think his name's Oropo."

'Okay. Don't worry. We're going to come save you.'

"Honestly I'm not in any immediate danger. I haven't been for the past nine years."

'Yugo. The Eliatrope people, the Sadidans, even the Enutrafs were searching for you, they still are. Now we can come and bring you home. I for one would like to meet my own twin.'

"Same here."

'Bye Yugo.'

"Bye, Adami..."

"So Adami has found out where you are." A voice rang out from behind Yugo

Yugo looked over his shoulder at the door "F-Father!" Yugo exclaimed as Oropo floated over to him

"I should've known it was only a matter of time before he figured out how to speak to you through your link." Oropo said, as he knocked Yugo unconscious "I'll need to make sure he can't find you when he brings your army." Oropo muttered to Yugo as he picked up the unconscious boy and teleported to the top of the tower. Oropo, due to his being the creator of the pocket dimension, created a small room at the very top of the tower, it had no windows, and a single door. Oropo sat Yugo inside of the room "This won't stop you from speaking to him. But it will keep him from finding you."

"I won't allow a nine year old to foil my plans."
