"W-Wolf!", I yelled while stepping back in shock.

"Wolf! Someone Wolf!", I yelled and tried to save at least one sheep that was still close to me.

But I had no chance.

The furry beast dashed, and I tried to block my face.

Just to see that it wasn't my flesh that he was aiming at.

I watched how he buried his fangs in my sheep.

Blood, so much blood.

I couldn't comprehend what was going on.

I just knew from the breathing that stopped and from the last cry of the red- furred sheep that it was dead now.

"Wolf...", I muttered.

Nobody came.

Nobody would come for a liar.

The meadow was dyed red.

Blood, no matter where I looked at even my knees.

My clothes, my hands, everything was dyed in red.

I stared at the beast in front of me.

My eyes swiped around just to see that the dead corpses of my sheep didn't twitch anymore.

I was alone.

I now stared in the eyes of the wolf.

Face to face with the beast whose name I called so many times.

"So, it is my turn now, right?", I asked.

"Come on! Just end it!", I yelled.

With a whimper he backed away and cocked his head.

I glared at him.

"What are you waiting for, huh?", I yelled again and stood up, just to see that the wolf turned around.

He turned around and dashed away leaving me alone in twilight.

The light, the meadow, my hands, my sheep...

My sheep!

I turned around searching through everything and grabbing my sheep tightly to my chest.

"Come on, it's over wake up", I mumbled.

No response.

I laughed.

I am alone, I am truly and utterly alone.

Even the wolf was disgusted by a liar like me and escaped.

I couldn't stop laughing.
