I lay on the grass
The leaves tangling my hair
The dandelions tickling my sides
I watch the clouds contort their shape as they float by
For once in my life, I am content
But even so, one thing is missing

Laying next to me in the soft green grass, my fingers entangled in his hair
His arms wrapped around my waist
But then I open my eyes and he's gone
I touch my cheek and feel a tear fall down my face
Yet again, another beautiful moment plagued with the thoughts of him
