(Warning: This chapter is very violent, and unsettling.)
~Amber's POV
Stop.
I glared at all of them. Hard. My vision was fiery, but that didn't stop me. "Don't you dare tell me that you're fighting a war here, while Hero's out there!" I yelled at them, making them freeze. "Don't you dare tell me that you let your own enemies corner you like this, in this filthy place!"
Amber...stop.
"B-but, Amber-" Lotus began, but I coldly cut her off. "Shut up!" I screamed, making them all flinch. Even the enemy was halted by me. I breathed heavily. I must've looked terrifying, with my flames, because all of them seemed intimidated.
Don't. Amber, don't.
"You think that fighting right here will solve your problems? Huh?!" I shouted. "You think that starting a war right here, right now, will be the way to go?!" She pointed towards the top with her right hand, the twig still blazing, as Star was still held firmly in her other arm. "You've fallen for his trap! Anti's trap! Our way out is up there, but I see all of you down here, killing yourselves?! While Hero could be killed any moment, now?!"
No. Just don't.
"A-Amber-" Outlander coughed, blood. I could see that he was impaled, which only further infuriated me.
"This wouldn't have happened, if you all just kept moving upwards! Avoiding anyone who got in your way!" I gritted my teeth, raising my wildly blazing twig. "If you're all going to be fighting here, for your sake, I suggest you stay here! I'm not staying here, while Hero is in trouble-"
"ANTI IS, TOO!!!"
Amber!
I looked back. I saw Amethyst come at me, glowering. I glowered as well. "I don't care about Anti." I said, straightforwardly. "He ruined our lives. He destroyed us. I don't care if he's dead or alive, or whatever."
"How could you think that he's the bad one?!" Amethyst screeched. "I've seen him...I've seen what's been affecting him! At night, I'd hear him scream awake! I'd hear him hold his head in unimaginable pain!" She hissed at me. "It's not his doing! It's the devil himself! All of it, is Giratina's fault!"
Eh...?
"So what if it is?!" Amber exclaimed. "That doesn't change the fact that he's our enemy! That doesn't change the fact that we need to exterminate him, before he-"
"Just...shut...up!"
...Heh...
Amethyst leaped at me, but I send a violent Fire Blast. Right at her face, directly, which blew her away. She screamed. Even as a Fire-type, she couldn't endure what I did. I widened my eyes. Everyone behind me stared in shocked silence. Amethyst slowly got up, screaming in horror continuously.
"You...y-you...W-what did...y-you do...?!" She screamed at me. "W-WHAT D-DID YOU DO?!"
...Amber...?
"A-Amethyst..." My fire died down, in my eyes. I stared at my sister, in pure terror. Her whole face was disfigured. What was once a beautiful Braixen was now...just a disfigured, burnt one. I covered my mouth. Even if we both hated each other...this was my sister...
"...GAHHHH!!!"
Amethyst charged at me, losing all her sanity. I gasped, dodging a Flamethrower. She was having multiple spasms as she moved, shaking as she ran towards me. What remained of her eyes looked crazed. Brutalized. Just wanting, to kill me. I caught a glimpse of Turquoise...and all I saw on her face, was amusement.
