Saturday, 4th of November, Same Day, 6:30pm, At Alvin and Brittany's house
It had just turned 6:30pm and Alvin had been cooking the pizzas so they would be ready when everyone arrives, while Brittany upstairs getting changed
The kids were watching TV as well as listening for the door
DING DONG!
"Dad, someone is here!" Shouted Coco
"Ok, I will get it" replied Alvin
Alvin opened the door and Simon and Jeanette were there
"Come on in you two" said Alvin with a smile
"Hey Alvin how are you and Brittany doing?" Asked Jeanette
"We are doing fine thanks Jeanette, how about you and Simon?" Asked Alvin
"We are finding it hard work looking after our three baby chipmunks but we are getting used to it..." Replied Simon
"How old are they now?" Asked Alvin
"They are 18 months now the three of them" replied Jeanette
Brittany then came downstairs and Jeanette came over to give her a hug
"Aw, I have missed you so much sister, have not seen you in ages" called Brittany
"Me too Brittany, I haven't seen you or Eleanor for about 5 weeks now" replied Jeanette
DING DONG!
Alvin got past everyone and opened the door and it was Theodore and Eleanor
"Hi you two, you made it near enough on time" said Alvin in a happy voice
"Yea I know, I'm surprised too didn't think I was going to get back home from work so quick" replied Eleanor
Brittany then gave Eleanor a hug too "Have missed you too sister, 5 weeks is a long time away from you" said Brittany in a caring voice
"Anyway, let's all go in the living room and Alvin will bring the pizza in once it's done" explained Brittany
Simon Jeanette Theodore and Eleanor followed Brittany into the living room and all sat on the sofa
Alvin went in the kitchen and the pizzas were done. He took the pizzas out of the oven and took it into the living room, along with some plates for everyone
Alvin placed the pizzas on a small table and told everyone to get what they wanted
"Hey Theodore, how are you bro?" Asked Alvin
"I'm fine too Alvin can't wait for the pizza, I'm starving!" Replied Theodore
Alvin gave a small laugh "You never change bro" replied Alvin
Brittany told the kids to wait and let the guests get pizza first. After Simon had got pizza for him and Jeanette and Theodore got some for him and Eleanor, the kids grabbed some pizza too
"Alvin I will grab the beers since you brought the pizza in" Brittany whispered to Alvin
"Ok thanks Babe, they are in the fridge" called Alvin
"So Simon, Theodore, how are my bros doing?" Asked Alvin
"I'm a little tired every night after work but it has to be done" replied Simon
"I'm fine thanks, not too keen on working everyday but Eleanor said it would help us both out so I said I would" replied Theodore
"Oh, yea I get what you both mean...I don't always feel like cooking after work though...Brittany does most of the cooking to be honest" explained Alvin
"I can't cook much, Simon does most of the cooking for us" Jeanette jumped in
"That's kinda the opposite for us Jeanette, I have to cook because otherwise I wouldn't get anything....Theodore would have eaten what ever he cooked us before it gets near the table" explained Eleanor with a giggle
Brittany then came in with two crates of beers
"Hey everyone, me and Alvin bought these today, feel free to have one if you want one" called Brittany
"Thanks you two, you shouldn't have done that" called Jeanette
"No it's cool don't worry" said Alvin
With that, everyone grabbed a can of beer each and continued to eat the pizza away. Jeanette and Eleanor were talking to Alvin and Brittany's kids, asking how they were and Simon and Theodore were talking to Alvin and Brittany about how things are at home...
