You are pressing against me like I press flowers against the pages in my book. You are kissing my neck and it feels like the start of forever. I want to touch you until my hands burn. - A.G.

I wake up to the sound of gentle snoring and gently turn over to see Todo lying next to me fast asleep. His arm is wrapped around me and For a second I'm tempted to lie there for just a bit longer. His hair falls gently on his face the two colours mixing adorably and he mumbles in his sleep.

"Todo" I whisper gently "wake up" he just groans pulling me closer and making me laugh "I think we fell asleep during the movie," I say gently as he opens his eyes to see me lying next to him.

Yes he has slept over before but we hadn't slept in the same before, and just having him this close to me made my heart feel like it was fluttering. He smiled at me gently, as though he had been following the same train of thought, And I noticed he had a small grey feather stuck to his shoulder.

"Sorry" I whisper pulling it off, but he just plucks it from my hand.

"Don't apologize, just promise me you won't lose all your feathers" I laughed lightly at the thought.

"No worries there, I mean they are the thing I love most in this world" He pulls back in mock surprise.

"Oh is that so?"

"Yep," I say with a wink, getting out of bed and ruffling them. "so now, what do you want for breakfast?"

In the next week before the festival, we don't see each other much. I feel like I'm always training and at the end of each day, I'm nearly unconscious by the time I get home. But the day of the festival comes around it's all worth it. I look around as we walked into the stadium, it was huge! It looked even bigger from the inside than on tv and I immediately felt overwhelmed and was happy to just blend into the class. When we got to the class pledge people began muttering nervously as Bakugou walked up - they had asked us a week earlier which one of us wanted to since we had tied for first place, but I instantly suggested Bakugou - I was relieved watching him, but also a little concerned. He glared out at the crowd before speaking.

"This year, I pledge to win."

'What' voices echo from the crowd in response but I just smile, he's challenging himself. He then walks down without a glance, as if all opinions mean nothing to him so why should he bother listening. Next, the first game is explained.

"This year, the first of the challenges is a race!" The announcer shouts and I grin, I can do a race.

She spend a little more time explaining the obstacle course and rules (there weren't any as long as we stayed on the course) and then we are all lining up. "Beep" the bell goes off signalling the start of the race and everyone begins to shove into the small doorway that leads to the track. I stop for a moment to give myself space and then stretching out my wings I take off flying just above the crowd of other students and through the tunnel.

Watching I see a large part of the other contestants in front get frozen and see Todo running ahead. Landing I decide to jog till I know the next challenge. Our classmates are not far behind but stop to stare at what looms in front of us, more robots, and they are huge! Todo is in front and only hesitates for a second before muttering something to himself before Ice spreads from him and in moments the two looming robots are frozen. I hear mutters of 'so much power' before going to rush between them with some other students but someone grabs my wrist.

"Wait" I turn to see Bakugou behind me holding me back and then I hear the crash. Whipping around to look at the robots I watch as they crumble in front of me with three people heading underneath.
