It glittered beautifully in the light and it made me almost forgot what he had done to me.
I gave it a hard tap on the counter and breathe a sigh of relief.
I have to do this.
My heart clenched and it hurt so bad. I couldn't breathe; I was suffocating.
I can't turn my emotions down, I need time to adjust to someone who doesn't dampen on my emotions.
Someone held me from behind and kissed the top of my head.
It was only him that could ever show me love without hurting me.
"Ready?" He turned me around, wiping the tears that I didn't realized had fallen from my eyes.
"Ready." I smiled.
