My slowly opened. I narrowed my eyes as the bright rays of the sun hit my eyes. I yawned as I got used to it

Memories automatically reminisced as I stared questioningly at the room. I remembered being here. How I got here. How did I end up into a different world
I sat up and stretch. I looked at the desk beside me. There is some clothes that were nicely folded. It wasn't a long sleeve anymore. A T-shirt and a shorts
I took a good look at the scars and the marks that were left. Hmm, they weren't that bad. I didn't notice this since yesterday
I stretched again before I stood up and got into the bathrpom
Once I finished my shower,I dressed up and walk downstairs. Sonic and Knuckles are the only people I saw in the living room. As I walked, they felt my presence and greeted me
"Heya (Y/N)! Good morning. Have you slept well?"Sonic asked
"Good morning to the both of you too. And yes, I have slept well. I just need to take a walk to get familiarized here"I said, finding the right words to use
"I see.Want me to walk with cha'?"He offered
"Sure"I nodded
"What about Knuckles?"I asked him
"Eh. It's okay. Go and walk"Knuckles said
We acknowledged the answer. Once I turned to face the door someone bumped me. I felt like this person is in a hurry. I looked at the person
He looks exactly like Sonic. Only to be green in color. With a jacket and a shades. He had a scar on his stomach
He groaned and looked at me. He looked at me from toe to head before wolf whistling
"Damn. What a hottie here. What's your name babe? Mine's Scourge"He winked
I felt my cheeks heating up. I didn't know much about flirting
But I'm pretty sure he's doing it. I am inexperienced to this kinda of... Thing. He's the flirt on me
"(Y-Y/N). Sorry for bumping into you"I meekly apologized
"Nah it's fine. Such beautiful name for a cute babe like you"He winked once again
Sonic looked at me. I looked at the ground. He seems to noticed I was flustered. He face palmed and looked at Scourge
"Not again Scourge. Not with her dude. You're flirting with every single hot-uhh person you met. Anyway, why are you in such a hurry"
"Oh shit that's ri-"Scourge was cut off and pinned to the ground
"Give me a good explanation or I'll blast you to oblivion"A black and red hedgehog growled, still pinning him
He has a red stripes on his quills, around the edges of his eyes, and on his arms and legs. He has a white fur on his chest.His muzzle is tan. He wears gloves like Sonic and Knuckles
"H-hey Shadow we can do this in the easy way. We can take this out! Tsk!Are you seriously gonna fucking kill me!?!"Scourge said
"Tsk. Well that's what I was planning the whole time"Shadow snarled
Scourge tried to flee from Shadow's grasp, but all of his attempts failed. Shadow finally got up and threatened Scrourge. He looked at Sonic and...Me
His ruby eyes narrowed at me. He glared at me before crossing his arms
"Who are you?"He growled
"I-i-I'm (Y/N)... I'm u-uhh.. I"I was cut off by Sonic
"Shads be nice. She was lost so we let her stay here for a while until we help her get back home"Sonic explained
"Or is she one of Eggman's spy. So he can track us using her tsk" Shadow rolled his eyes in irritation
That's when everybody went quiet while me who forrowed my brows in complete dement about this 'Eggman'. I don't even here a name like that. But guessing the tone this Shadow and everyone's reaction here in the room, that person has a bad reputation here
Besides if I tell them I'm from a different world... what'll happen? I'm sure they won't be as friendly and accommodating as before. They'll be cautious, but can't blame them
Because I honestly also think that the idea of being in a different world is ridiculous. How can I tell them? How will they believe me? Who will believe me?
Shadow 'tched' and teleported leaving us still quiet. That's when they began to look at me
"I don't know that Eggman... I'm new here. I never even been here"I meekly spoke
I opened the door and walk away
I groaned. Why did I said that? They might be thinking I'm being so defensive, forcing them to believe me so I can 'spy's on them

Thanks to my imagination, I'm starting to think of an egg in a shape of a man. I don't know if I'll snicker or even be more annoyed
I'm just lost here. 'Wanting' to find a way home. But now they'll think I'm a spy... It's just that-
Never mind.
Forget about it. I don't understand myself either. My head's a mess. Too confuse to think straight.
But I've been wondering since yesterday. They didn't totally see me as a 'strange' creature. It's like something is blurry and they put glasses and completely understand and see the thing they saw
Am I really the only human here?
I slightly tilted my head as I heard the door open behind me
"(Y/N)"Sonic called me
I turned to face him
"I'm sorry for what Shadow acted lately" Sonic said
I took my chance to ask him
"Who is this Eggman anyway?"I ask
"He is one of our enemies. An evil genius indeed. He always plans something evil. He even sent us robots. That's why Shadow doubted your lost. Eggman has his own twisted ways. He wants the chaos emeralds to us for his evil plans. He want us to disappear and conquer the world"He signed
"Anyway, what do you mean by telling you're not even here?"Sonic raised his brows
"Well...I uh.."I think I should be honest now
"I'm from a different world Sonic. Human world, as a great demonstration. I entered In a cave and it lead this way"
