The plan was simple. Eliminate all Queens from Wonderland so I could be put to rule. Everyone was tired of being separated from each other, and since the Queens were never in contact with each other, people left their loved ones behind. They said I was the only to help. Might as well do something good for this place. As soon as I have those four crowns on my head, all dark creatures will be commanded to leave as shall I. The cat told me once I am Queen, I am free to leave this hell.

The train stopped abruptly, making me fall onto the seat in front of me. I pushed myself up, rubbing my face and looking outside the window. The gorgeous castle covered white with snow towered over the land. My eyes brightened and teared up a bit. It was just so beautiful. The building was sparking underneath the snowflakes. It seemed to reflect any light from the sun shinning brightly above. I hurried out of the train cabin, ready to feast and hopefully assassinate the White Queen herself.

As soon as I stepped off the train, I asked why the cat asked me to go with them to have dinner if he really wanted me to murder the queen. All he answered with was a smirk and two words, "Hidden agendas."

The horse and the hare agreed to join our group and help in anyway they could. They were sent out to find me a white dress and mask for the ball at the castle. I waited for them in the woods while they made a deal with the sewing creatures. I tapped my foot on the floor and crossed my arms, impatient. When they finally appeared from the trees, I immediately asked what took them so long. Apparently, buying a dress for another is not allowed. How unfortunate.

So, now the it will be made to the horse's alterations, since the hare is much too small. But the horse isn't nearly how small I am. Or was.

The world just keeps getting smaller, as my eyes see it. I remember I had to stand on a table to get to Mad Hatter's stomach! Wonderland is such an awkward place.

My knees wobbled as I slipped the dress over my head. My fingers were shaking when I placed the mask up to my face. The horse slipped on glass heels, which I wearily agreed to wearing. The cat shoved a mirror to my face, and I messily gathered my hair into a bun. I couldn't feel anything. I lost my ability to touch.

I couldn't do it. I could never do it. Purposely?

The cat smiled at me, seeing my sad face. Trying to cheer me up. I wasn't a child anymore. I would do this. I had motivation. It was all I needed.

The time eventually came whereas to leave for the ball. I lifted my skirt, carrying it with my two fingers, since the dress was so unfortunately long. I lifted my chin up, preparing myself to enter the castle.

The snow on the bridge leading to the entrance made me dizzy. Weather it was artificial or not, it made its way into my shoes, freezing my toes. I tried to keep my cool, though I felt like an ice cube. It made me feel better when I felt the cats reassuring paw on running up and down my back.

"Cat," I managed to squeak out. My voice was lost with the wind. I couldn't muster the courage to speak louder, for the fear that someone could hear me.

     "Yes, Alice?"

"What if I can't do it?" I whispered. It sounded rushed, as we were nearing the door.

"You will my dear. You will. Trust me." The cat smiled again, its fangs unmistakeably bloody. My face stayed calm, as on the inside, I was scared to death.

A guard at the front stood stiff, his stare frozen straight ahead. He looked like a toy soldier. Familiar, in fact. He reminded me of the toy soldier I had gotten for Christmas, before my Aunt committed suicide. She hung herself, never gave a reason why. But she was a witch to me and my father. Since she was my mother's sister, she blamed me for the death of mother.
