The magic was the first thing I felt when landing on the cobbled streets of Velaris. I could taste it in my mouth, like a thin film covering my tongue.
The night sky was reaching far above me from where I was standing, many stars dazzling, like the glitters I used for crafting.
I was in awe. The book's description didn't even do it justice. You had to experience this in person, in order to grasp the magnificent beauty of this place.
Down the street, children were laughing, innocent and happy. I couldn't believe that I was here at last.
