Sasuke hates kissing Sakura in public. It isn't that he's embarrassed by her or doesn't want to, he just thinks that kisses are something that should be kept private and intimate between two people. Plus it's embarrassing and brings attention, which he hates.
She understands his feelings about this and somewhat agrees, but she decides that some moments are just perfect to slip in a kiss so she does. She especially loves giving him a long kiss in front of his fangirls or any girl that gives her a jealous or angry look. Although he doesn't agree with it, he understands what she does and plays along anyway, sometimes sparing a glance at the girls.
He hates when she kisses him in front of their friends. They then proceed to teasing him and make fun of him or the girls simply giggle and throw in "awws". In these situations it's very hard for him to keep a straight face. She does it on purpose.
