Jason’s POV

I woke up breathing hard not even remember the nightmare, its 8:30 am; it’s time to get up anyway. Running my fingers through my hair I decide to check on Kat, as always. I walk across the hall into her bedroom. ‘Oh god’ is the only thing I can think. I run the rest of the way to her bed and shake her awake.

Kat: What?

Jason: Baby, you did it again.

I hate having to tell her, because the next thing she does is to look down and to see she wetted the bed, again. I tell her to go to the bathroom and to start running a bath. I rip her sheets off and put them in the washing machine. I grab a trash bag and went back to her room and took the pad of her bed and replaced it with a new one. I walk into the bathroom to see Kat leaning against wall still in wet cloths. I look at face her and I see tears her eyes, I wipe them away just like all the times before. I help her undress quickly and steady her in the tub. I grab her clothes and throw them in the washing machine too. I went back to the bathroom and turned off the running water. Kat is holding her knees yeto her chest and her head is down. I get on my knees next to the tub and grab a bath sponge nearby. I put it in the water and rubbed it up and down her back. We were both in silence for at least ten minutes; until I decided to break the silence.

Jason: Kat we need to start doing something about this.

Kat: We already have.

Jason: The pad was enough when it was once or twice a week, Kat. This is becoming nightly. And it’s to the point where we can’t sleep together.

Kat: So? We aren’t even engaged yet.

Jason: So then why are we living together?

She said nothing.

Jason: I thought so.

Kat: So then what do you what to do about it then?

Jason: (Sigh) Kat, diapers wouldn’t be that bad.

Kat: No! Please anything else.

Jason: Well then I don’t know else to do. And a lot of people wear them and a lot of people wet the bed too.

Kat: Babies and old people.

Jason: Kat.

Kat: Yes?

Jason: How about this? If you only wet the bed once or twice this week, I won’t make you wear diapers. If it’s more than that, then you wear them.

Kat: Fine.

Jason: Ok, it’s time to get out.

She stands slowly but then quickly bends back down to pull the plug. She finally gets out and wraps herself in a towel, and then I throw her over my shoulder.

Kat: What are you doing?

I walked into my room and throw her on the bed.

Jason: This!

I started kissing her neck up and down.

Kat: Jason after marriage.

Jason: Fine. Go get dressed. Then come back here.
