Baldi's POV:
"Would you mind opening up to me?"she asked with pleading eyes.
I guess she wants to know me better. It is my goal to open up.
"Well... It's pretty hard to describe it."
"No, I meant like... When I came?"
"Oh, well.. I don't know. I was actually happy, it was getting kind of boring when no staff was adding up."
"You had no one to talk to?"
"Pretty much."
"What about Maddie and John?"
"They're quiet, well used to."
"You've been acting up. Is there something wrong?"
"I guess..?"
"Tell me!"
"Okay then... "
She looks back at me.
"Okay, I haven't been feeling great. I know you're not a nurse but I think there's something wrong... My palms became more sweaty, my heart beats more faster, I could feel my face heating up... "
"You're in love."
"What?"
"You don't know what love means?"
"Of course I do!"
"Wait... You've never fallen for anyone?"
"It's complicated. "
"Alright then."
She sighs.
"What is it?"I asked.
"I forgot my keys at home..." she murmured.
"You can stay with me for the night!" I said with a wide smile.
"You're really nice." she smiles.
"To be honest this is the first time I have talked a lot to a staff. I'm usually quiet..."
"Is it because I'm a girl and you want me to feel welcome?"
"I don't know... It just felt right."
"Can you tell me more?"
"Sorry, some are personal. I'm still thinking about the 'being in love' thing." I chuckled.
"Hey guyssss!" a familiar voice called out to us.
Y/N's POV:
I look directly on where the voice came from, it was familiar.
It was Maddie.
"Hi Maddie!" I said with a smile.
"I-it's nice to see you Y/N..." John stuttered lowering his head into his scarf.
"It's nice to see you too John!" I smiled.
"What are you guys doing here?" I looked at Maddie.
"Oh, I was just checking out the Festival preparations." Maddie replied and looks around.
"That explains the very festival-y look." I also look around.
"Yup. They're trying pretty hard. So, you two gonna join us when the festival starts?" Maddie asked with pleading eyes.
"OH HELL YES!" I said with excitement.
I lived her for so long. But... I've never been to a festival before since I was always inside my house.
