"So when are you two going to have children?" Jungkook's father asked.
Jungkook forced a smile. "Whenever Chae is ready. It is her body, after all."
Chae's mother smiled. "Chae has been ready since the day she married you. Isn't that right, sweetheart?"
Chae nodded bitterly. "Yes, Mother."
Jungkook bit his tongue, tasting the blood in his mouth. "Maybe I'm the one who isn't ready. Have you ever thought about that?" Jungkook stood up and threw his napkin onto the dinner table. "I don't feel like eating anymore."
