Mahesh and Ruhana were surprised to see each other.

“haan vineet, wo pehle jab main Jaipur mein thi tab yeh mere college mein mere senior hua karte they. Par baad mein main Mumbai aa gayi aur phir tum mujhe jaante ho. “ she said.

“Lo, meri dost mere pati ko jaanti hain, aur mujhe pata nahi. Aur tum, tumne bhi kabhi nahi bataya???”she asked while looking at Mahesh.

“Arey , kabhi mauka hi nahi mila. Mujhe pata tha kya ki Ruhana tumhari dost hai. Aur waise bhi hum aaj 12 saal baad mil rahe hain….hai na Ruhana?” he said.
Ruhana nodded… “Haan, acha aap log fresh ho jaiye. Main khana lagaati hu. “
She signalled Vineet to show guest room to Mahesh and Mithi. He nodded and she rushed into the kitchen. She kept her hands on the slab. She was sweating. It seemed as if some views were in front of her eyes….Fresh tears leaked out of her eyes…
