Several months had passed, Claire, Sebastian, chase, Paula, Natalie and Mary were severely injured due to, something that attacked them in the woods, Haley went missing afterwards , Natalie was the only one who only had several scratches as she helped with the operations on her friends

Mary and Paula got their own donors from their family as Natalie had kept her promise to Michael,
Claire,Sebastian,chase,Mary and Paula were sharing the same room as they were recovering, Michael was in an another room on life support even tho not having eyes a heart and low blood doctors did everything they could to keep him alive, a knock can be heard making Claire and Paula look at the door, Natalie walked in with a man in a grey suit, he had brown hair and blue eyes, he took a second looking at everyone "good afternoon I'm detective Oliver rose and I'm on the case of the camp incident that happened a few months ago, I was hoping that I could interview all of you" he spoke smiling softly, as they nodded looking at him.
Oliver moved as he sat down pulling out a notebook and a pen "I would like to ask first if any of you got a good description of the one who attacked you?" The brown hair detective asked, Mary answered this question as she said "pale white....dressed in a trench coat..." Sebastian then answered "about...7'6 ft tall....razor sharp claws...."he spoke as Claire butted in " the face of a skull....with horns similar to a bull..." She spoke while oliver wrote this down, "before the attack....anything else happened?" He asked "...well...a lightning strict down on a lake....but there wasn't any storm or rain nearby" Paula replied while oliver nodded as he wrote down their replies "OK...is your friend acting weird recently?" Oliver asked as Claire looked down "yeah....after he saved us from a wolf..." Claire replied as oliver nodded closing the book smiling "thank you I will be taking my leave" he spoke as he stood up leaving.
Meanwhile at Michael's room, he was laying on a bed bandages around his whole torso and eyes, he was connected to multiple machines to keep him alive, tubes were coming out of his chest as there was a machine pumping blood inside his body, a nurse walked in having green eyes and black hair, she moved beside Michael stroking his face softly with a smile on her face, she slowly and carefully removed the breather off his mouth and nose as she slit her hand, letting blood drop into his mouth, and once its enough she slowly placed back the breather over his mouth and kissed his forehead before leaving smiling.
Claire sighed as she looked at Natalie "can I see Michael?"she asked frowning " can you move?"Natalie asked as Claire nodded "OK...give me a minute and I'll get a wheel chair"Natalie spoke as she stood up leaving to get a wheelchair, "I think I need glasses" Sebastian spoke making Claire laugh "well you do look good in glasses..." She spoke giggling "heh....its still hard to believe that Michael gave me his eyes....and his heart to you...literally" Sebastian spoke even tho he had bandages around his eyes "maybe now....every time you look into my eyes you no longer see mine..but Michaels...and yet his heart is keeping you alive" he spoke smiling softly "Michael is a good friend..I hope he survives and gets well"he continued making Claire smile softly touching her chest where her or well Michael's heart should be, soon Natalie came back and helped Claire onto the wheelchair " I'll be visiting Michaels room OK Sebastian?"Claire spoke as he gave a thumbs up "tell him I said get well" Sebastian spoke smiling, Claire smiled and nodded as Natalie pushed her out to the hallway "hey tell me....why did michael donate his heart eyes and lungs to us?" Claire asked making Natalie frowned "well both of us made a promise....he'll stop cutting himself and would take care of his body....and if the time comes where you or the other needs a medical transplant...he would donate his..." Natalie explain as Claire looked up at her "yet he gave his heart to me?....I know he loved me more than a friend but literally giving his heart to me so I can live is pretty much what.....family does..." Claire spoke looking back down "well he did say that you're happiness is more important than his own....and since you found Sebastian it broke his heart....but stayed strong for you because-" Natalie was cut off by Claire who finished her sentence "he promise me that he will make me happy...." She frowned "I hope he's OK..." Claire spike as they entered Michael's room, Natalie's eyes widen as she immidietely called the doctors as michael was by the window the hospital gown ripped as it hangs on his waist showing the multi scarred body covered in bloody bandages, "...mi...chael?" Claire called out softly making him turn slowly till his face faced them, the bandages around his eyes fell showing a black bloody empty eye socket, "Michael....please gently get back on the bed" Natalie spoke as she gently holds Michaels arm only to get thrown to the wall causing a loud thud, then he looked at Claire moving to her, he reached his hand out to her to grab her neck but stopped mid way, she looked up at him to see him twitching, he then took a step back holding his head as he breathed hard. A doctor ran in as he looked at michael, he then moved to michael to calm him down but only to get head butted hard as michael grabbed the doctors head and rammed both of his thumbs in the doctors eyes causing him to scream in agonizing pain, michael forced him to kneel before twisting the doctors head causing his neck to snap, killing him. Claire watched in horror, she felt her chest pound while two more doctors ran in and tackled michael injecting anesthesia in him causing him to pass out

Doctors had brought Michael to a cat scan to scan his brain for abnormalities yet they did found one, a doctor walked back to where Claire and Natalie were to inform them of Michaels condition.
As the doctor walked in Claire and Natalie looked at him for the news only to see him frown, "sorry but you're friend is diagnosed with Multi personality disorder....and we must send him to a mental asylum to keep him at bay from hurting any other individual and from himself" he explain making Claire frown "but we can visit him right?" Claire asked as the doctor nodded "ofcourse, he will also be assigned to one of the psychiatrist" the doctor informed before his phone rang "oh sorry but I have to leave, he will be transfered to fright asylum I will email you the address later" he spoke leaving
Natalie looked at Claire who frowned
