It's a speech defect in which S is pronounced like TH. Produced when the tip of the tongue goes between the front teeth. Basically were you can't say your S's. Dear Author-chan has a lisp. Any one of my chickens have a lisp?

People with lisp - Thally Collected theathells on the theathore. (Some sound different with other people)
