Jun Zhenxian has already waited for his 'grandson'. When he sees Jun Hua appeared, his face light up. He rarely goes to the front line so Jun Hua face is also a big surprise for him. Seeing the face that looked similar to his own son, he feels surprised.

"Those Jun family sure takes their time," Lan Teng said with mocking tone. They never even once have good relation with Jun family. They always stayed at each other throats and compete all the way. Jun family fall is something he has already hoped for long, but then it doesn't happen.
"Their location is the farthest," Nanglong Souka retorted calmly, "Besides, it's still not the appointed time yet."
Lan Teng throw murderous gaze towards Nanglong Souka, but he still concede. Nanglong family has both influence in military and government. Not only that, Nanglong Souka himself is a prime minister who's only a bit old, but still in his prime. There're only two prime minister in the Ming Kingdom, Prime Minister of Left is Lin Tang while Prime Minister of Right is Nanglong Souka.
They're the four big families in the kingdom and soon, there will only be three big family since Jun family has long lost its qualification. The four families is always at each other's end. They will banter and sometime have some friendly relation, but never too close.
Lan Ping throw unfriendly gaze towards Nanglong Soujin, "Since our old man is arguing, what about you? Do you want to join in?"
"Not interested."
"Why?"
"You're not worthy."
Lan Ping suddenly has the urge to strangle the man in front of him. He has once heard about him and knows about his achievement. Compared to him, the man in front of him is far more dazzling and powerful. Although unwilling, Lan Ping could only choose to restrain himself.

Among the 4 of them, only Nanglong Soujin sensed something amiss. The feeling Jun Min gave him is like a sleeping lion, a beast in the human skin.
Nanglong Soujin lips perked up. He feels like this challenge is going to be interesting.
"Hahaha, have you all waited for long?" Jun Zhenxian laughed. Instead of apologizing, this old man chooses to make fun of his old friends.
Lan Teng brows creased up. He never like this old man who cannot seems to read situation and mostly create troubles. Nanglong Souka shakes his head helplessly. His old pal never changes and always the same playful and shameless old man.
"So, this is Jun Min?" Nanglong Souka shifted his gaze towards the boy. Jun Hua raised his head and his calm eyes exchanged gaze with that old man.
"My name is Jun Min, it's a pleasure to meet you all."
Jun Min voice is still a bit childish. Boys normally mature later, but usually at 14 years old, their voices would have already started to change. Jun Hua is still not proficient in changing his voice since it would look unnatural so she could only use her real voice and toned it down a bit. In any case, it's unlikely she will meet them as a girl.
Lan Ping stared at Jun Min with hate. The boy is clearly only a kid, how could he become so famous within such short time?
Jun Hua raised her head and meet with the two young general gaze. She has long heard about them, even before she steps onto the battlefield. But seeing them now makes her more certain that they're truly powerful. Her gaze remained calm as she stared back.
"Little boy, do you have confidence to finish this challenged?" Lan Ping provokes her.
Jun Hua doesn't have any idea about what kind of test the emperor has prepared, but anything that person throws; she's ready to accept it.

Lan Ping truly hates the way Jun Hua keeps her calm. He's about to provoke her again when the eunuch announces the emperor arrival.
