Maxine went on saying that Sorin fainted from seeing Tuuki, though it didn't surprise her since she's seen this before when they were kids. Aside from that, she had enough to bravery to actually talk to her with the basic questions: Who are you and what are you doing here? With the additional, And who's this cutie? They talked and Tuuki explained what Korah already knows up to the point where he was flung into the city waters... By accident of course.

Tuuki"I'm still really sorry about that..."
Korah"It's okay, I would've done the same thing."
Shantae"R- Really?"
Sorin"He's really impulsive when it comes to his comfort zone being invaded. So it's the same, I think."
Korah"That's... Not what I put it, Max?"

She continued as told, where she explained to Tuuki that the reason why the two were up here was to find out why Korah didn't show up for the mission tonight. As previously mentioned, they tried to call him on his wise-tone and received an unanswered call. That caused worry and made the two go up into his home where they found them. After agreeing and introducing themselves properly while Sorin was still unconscious, the front door dinged signing that someone's coming up from the elevator. She took out a pistol hidden in her bosom and hid right next to the elevator doors while Tuuki watched from inside the bedroom door along with Shantae.

Maxine had some suspicions quite sometime, mostly because of the incident with the Remnant Scholars; a few days prior to that event the other scholars that weren't part of the assault begged for answers from the other members of Trove Snipe. She even heard it from the other members themselves, figuring that those bookworms wanted more out of the vault. Even though the head scholar begged forgiveness from Guild Master Clifford. To her surprise, the one that came out... Were Sorin's many siblings! They came here to say goodbye to their big brother and big stepbrother.

Korah"Ahh... So that explains why the Fam is here... Great..."
Kimble"Hey! You guys never said goodbye to us before you left! And you never even once came back home!" One of the 13 Effete brothers came out and stood in the circle.
Korah"Shut it, Kibbles!!" Korah pointed at his annoying little stepbrother to sit down. "You're the one who stole my copy of the keycard didn't you!? And I had reasons for being on my own!!"
Click"Ahem, let me take the reins from here." Said his scarf masked friend, who's been tinkering on a toy for the Effete Siblings.
Korah"Wait, why?"
Click"Because I got impatient and opened the thing. Who do you think was the wise guy that rigged the elevator to work for your in the first place?" He gave out several tinker toys to Sorin's siblings while they rested and played for a bit. "What I didn't expect was for these little guys to be stalking around me when I opened it."
Korah"Ugh... Good grief... Then what happened?"

Click continued on saying that he was mobbed by Korah's step-siblings, 20 little brothers and sisters shoving themselves into a single confined space. He suffocated their for five minutes until they were all dumped out of there. Any woman who's able to birth that many children must be praised for a lot, "Seriously, what kinda lady can bust out so many kids from her keister!?"

Sorin"Uhh... Ten of them were adopted, Korah included."
Click"Really?" He spies at all the kids presently and try to compare them to the Guild Master, he couldn't tell because they're were all a mix of red, black, brown, and blondes; while the master was bald. "Shoot, how am I suppose to know! Did your dad just pick them off the streets?"
Sorin"Weirdly enough, yes." Two siblings toddlers were sitting on his lap fighting. "Hey hey, knock it off you two." He made them sit right next two him on opposite sides while Click gave them toys to preoccupy them. "So, which one of them was it?"
Click"Ummm.... That one, right there." Click pointed with at a pile of books with his metal grabbing claw and came out was a little girl with glasses and draping long black hair.
Korah"😠Grrrrrr... Demmy!" Korah's hair was about to ignite once more only showing a radiating glow of cinder.
Click"Hold on, lemme finish first before you chew her out."
