Chapter 42

Well, long story short we decided to negotiate with Sally to let us out of the game....of course she let us out

All of us ended up in front of the TV sprawled on the floor while groaning in pain. "Where have you been?" EJ asks as he walked by

"stuck in the game" Hoodie muttered while standing up, "how long were we gone for?" Masky asks

"a few hours, no one in the mansion could find you" EJ answered, "I think i have a headache" I said before groaning loudly and grabbing my head

EJ crouched beside me and put a palm on my forehead, "did you hit your head?" he asks

"maybe.. Possibly.. Probably" i muttered,  "do you think you're forgetting anything?" he asks again

"I don't know.. Ask me something" i sit up

"who's the current president of America" EJ asks, I groaned "don't make me say it"

"yep, you're okay. Masky, get ready, you have a mission in a few hours" EJ said.

"greeeatt" he muttered, he stood up and headed for the door

"where are you going?" i ask, raising a single eyebrow when i see him lightly flinch

"business" he simply said before running out the door, i give a questioning glance at Toby and Hoodie who only shrugged

A few weeks later, i sat in my room while listening to some songs as usual, Masky has been out a lot lately

We barely have any time together, pausing my song and taking off my headphones i silently sat on my bed

My head felt empty, no thoughts passing by. Just silence

I look around my room, silently taking every detail not knowing why i did it

"are you okay?" Serena asks, i hummed "i don't know, just feel like something is wrong" i muttered

"i see" she said

*Normal POV*

(Name) heard a knock on her door, "come in" she said and the door slowly opened and BEN peeked in

"hey, are you busy?" he asked while slightly smiling, "no, did you need something?" she asks and patted the space beside her

BEN sat beside her cross-legged "sooo~" he started

"I know you're in a relationship with Masky, do you love him?" he asks, (Name) raised an eyebrow and smiled helplessly

"of course i do" she said, BEN's lip lightly quivered and he hugged her

"I hope you're satisfied with this decision" he muttered

"um thanks?" (Name) said and hugged him back

BEN released the hug and stood up, "I'll be in my room if you need me" he said and went out of her room.

BEN clenched a picture that was in his pocket, he took it out and un-crumpled it

The picture showed Masky kissing an unknown girl

"did you tell?" Jeff asks while stepping behind BEN, "i can't... She's happy" BEN muttered

"she will be more heartbroken if we don't tell her" Jeff stated

"then you tell her! I can't!" BEN screamed and handed Jeff the picture

"Don't you think we should ask Masky first? There could be a misunderstanding" BEN asks

"what's there to ask? We saw them! And we have proof" Jeff angrily stated before taking  a deep breath to calm himself down

"(Name) has to know Masky is cheating on her" Jeff said a lot more softly this time
