tip # 1 - ( restrictions ) do not cut out all of the junk that you love to eat completely. just have small portions here and there. not eating it will make you want it even more.

tip # 2 - ( pressure ) do not put to much pressure on yourself and focus on being healthy, more than trying to lose weight.

tip # 3 - ( water ) the more water you drink, the less hungry you'll be. so drink tons of it. not only does it help with hunger but it also helps with skin and hair.

tip # 4 - ( right reasons ) make sure you're dieting for the right reasons and not just to look better than someone else. you are you. you're beautiful. accept your differences. 💛
