Life is rough,
But when you think you've had enough,
Stand up.
You've got to be tough.
No matter how many times you've been pushed down,
No matter if you feel like you're going to drown,
Get up, off of the ground.
Listen to the simple sounds.
The wind blowing,
The water flowing,
See the sun glowing,
Get up, knowing,
Tomorrow is going to be a better day.
