Carys: I know and I'm so sorry for what i said. I feel horrible. I made you hospitalized. I feel like absolute shit. I'm so low. No wonder my boyfriend and my ex best friend slept together. They both hate me. I don't know what else to say than I'm sorry.

Shawn: it's fine. I've had way worse said and done to me. And they're missing out because you're amazing! I saw my messages from last night and I feel horrible. I've been raised to NEVER talk to a woman like that. Yet I did treat one like that last night. You aren't a bitch. You just didn't think before you typed away. And that's absolutely okay. Everyone does it at some point in their lives. I've done it. Stop beating yourself up for it. I'm still alive. Just remember that.
