Casey's pov
I asked everyone if they want a drink, everyone agrred, Clary tried to pay for the girls drinks "hey i got it" i say pushing her money back towards her "its ok i can pay for are own drinks" she says "Clary put the money away" i say one last time "your not gonna take no for an answer are you?" she says "nope" i say "fine my shout next time" she says putting the money away "oh so there's gonna be a next time ha" i say raising an eyebrow "i don't know..will there?" she says grabbing her drink from ny hand and walks to the dance floor "smartass" i say to myself

Clary's pov
I go to the dance floor with my drink in hand, i start dancing along to the beat, next to me Jasmine is dancing with Conner, he back facing him and his hands of hers hips, both of them moving side to side "best birthday ever" i say but then someone grabs me roughly and pushes me out of the club into a side ally, i drop my drink at the door  "hey whats your deal?" i say trying to get free of his grip "you say that its your birthday...maybe its time for a little present" the guy says in a low voice "get the fuck off me" i say struggling against his grip, he slaps me across the face "you dont talk unless i say so slut" he says, i can taste blood on my lip "what do you want?" i say i tear rolling down my face, he grabs my face harshly "i said dont talk" he says, i nod the tears coming out like a river now, his hand slips under my dress "HEY!!" i hear and a door slam, and then a smash then a bofy hit the ground "clary clary" oh my god i've never been so happy to hear a familiar voice, i open my eyes and see Casey, i was crying my eyes out, Casey's arms are now around me "hey hey its ok your safe now" Casey says stroking my hair, i wrap my arms around him "thank you so much" i say putting my head in his shoulder "lets get you home" he says "i cant the girls will have no way home" "i'll get Damon to give them a lift" "ok" i say nodding then wipping my face "what about him" i say pointing to the guy who attacked me  "oh well lets call the cops then i'll get you home" i nod in response "thank you" i say "dont worry about it" he says  Casey calls the cops i tell them what happend and then i see chelsea at the corner of my eye "Clary what happend when second yiu were dancing the next your gone" chelsea says giving me a hug "yeah some dude grabbed me... Best birthday ever right" i say trying to lightin up the mood "wait its your birthday?" Casey says "yeah 20th" i say "happy birthday" Casey says "yeah happy birthday sweetheart" the man said getting up, Casey went to punch him but the cop stopped him "dont worry mate sexual assault is not taken lightly his gonna be locked up for a long time" the cop says "please just get him away from me" i say trying not to look at the  guy " yes ma'am right away" the coo said going to the man and putting on handcuffs then throwing him in the back of the police van
