Rosalie's Pov.
Sitting on the couch, I chat with Alice in the living room.
Edward's just coming in, too. I could hear he was talking to Bella right now.
The others tell us every day how Renesmee is doing. The baby seems to be fine, but it's growing slowly.
It will definitely take a while.
The dog hasn't shown up since the dispute.
That's right for me, too.
It's better to give Renesmee a rest.
"And is she alright?", I ask, to which he nods.
"She misses him", he says.
"Who can blame her?", Alice asks, but no one answers and but she still has an answer.
"Do you think they will come back before the birth?", Edward asks and sits down next to us.
Alice just shakes her head
"Unfortunately, I don't know.
They haven't made a decision yet", she says.
"They will decide", Carlisle says, who is now at the door.
"Don't worry about Renesmee.
Bella, Amber and the others are protecting her", he says.
He's right.
But what happens when the Volturi arrive?
What kind of gift will the child have?
I don't think I'm the only one who asks these questions.
To clear my mind, I go hunting with Alice and Esme. We have to keep our strength if it comes to the worst.
