DAY6 : Avengers or Xmen?

As much as I love the Xmen and its (several) different renditions, the Avengers will always be my pick. Although if the guardians were an option, well I think ya'll can guess who I'd choose. The Avengers aren't a family, not really, they're barely a functioning team (Bruce called them a ticking time bomb and I strongly believe that was foreshadowing to civil war) but they work well together. They stick for each other regardless of the fuck-ups and ultimately that works in their favour. I think the fact that the Avengers are ever expanding (see ant man and the wasp, doctor strange, spiderman, Wanda...) (instead of the xmen where it's more of an already big team with changing members) makes it more special. 

But the guardians are a family who would never deliberately hurt each other, lie to each other (especially about family), or close a portal into space with the other teammate in it and encourage their suicidal behaviour and that's the tea.
