"Perjalanan Kita hampir berakhir. Kuharap perjalanan Kita tidak membosankan. Kita hampir sampai ke tempat tujuan."

"We have discussed many things. Now we shall discuss about how to be healthy. You couldn't be a happy person if you're sick."

"Kita telah banyak membicarakan banyak Hal. Sekarang Kita akan membahas cara menjadi sehat. Kau tidak dapat bahagia jika sedang sakit."

Ways to be more healthy:

Cara-cara menjadi lebih sehat:

1. Eat less sugar, less salt, less MSG or artificial flavourings. Less food additives and colorings, better for health.

1. Kurangi gula, garam, MSG atau pewarna buatan dalam makanan. Lebih baik bagi kesehatan jika mengurangi perasa buatan dan pewarna buatan.

2. Eat less carbohydrates foods (noodles, breads, cookies, cakes, and rice). Replace them with fruits and vegetables. I didn't say you shouldn't eat carbohydrates. You would only crave for sugar if you did it.

2. Kurangi makanan karbohidrat (mie, roti, biskuit, kue dan nasi). Ganti mereka dengan buah dan sayur. Saya tidak menyarankan berhenti mengkonsumsi karbohidrat sama sekali. Kau cuma akan merasa lapar akan gula.

Example: If you usually eat a bowl of rice, replace half the portion with vegetables. If you still felt hungry, do it in less drastic ways. Less three spoonful of rice than yesterday. In a week or a fortnight, you would get used to eat half portion of your carbohydrates foods.

Contoh: jika kau biasanya makan semangkuk nasi, ganti separuh porsi dengan sayuran. Jika kau masih merasa lapar, kurangi porsi secara perlahan. Tiga sendok nasi lebih sedikit dari kemarin. Dalam seminggu atau 2 minggu, kau akan terbiasa mengkonsumsi separuh dari makanan karbohidrat.

If you eat bread, maybe kid portion will work. It's smaller portion than Big Mac.

Jika kau makan roti, porsi anak kecil akan lebih baik dari Big Mac.

3. Sleep 6-8 hours a day.
Your body and brain needs sleep to repair damaged cells. Lack of sleep might cause heavy depression and cancer.

3. Tidur 6-8 jam sehari.
Badan dan otakmu perlu tidur untuk memperbaiki sel2 yang rusak. Kekurangan tidur dapat menyebabkan depresi berat dan kanker.

4. Work out more
Not the gym. Just walk on foot more. Don't use your car for a short trip. Just walk. And you would be healthier. If you have spare time, go swimming. And be relaxed:)

4. Olahraga lebih banyak
Bukan ke gym. Berjalanlah lebih sering. Jangan gunakan Mobil untuk jarak dekat.  Jalan kaki saja. Kau akan lebih sehat. Jika kau punya waktu luang, pergi berenang. Dan kau akan merasa lebih santai.

5. Diabetic, Cancer, and etc are the results of unhealthy lifestyle. Less stress for sick patients. People with cancer should eat organic stuffs (no chemical food additives and colorings), and less sugar and meat. It has been proved that sugar would make the cancer stronger. And the patient weaker.

5. Diabetes, kanker, dll adalah hasil dari Gaya hidup tidak sehat. Kurangi stress bagi pasien. Penderita kanker disarankan mengkonsumsi makanan organik (tidak ada zat perasa buatan dan pewarna buatan), dan kurangi konsumsi gula dan daging. Penelitian membuktikan gula membuat kanker lebih kuat. Dan pasien melemah.

Food for them should be slow cooked, not baked or fried. Boiled and steamed foods are the best meal for them.

Makanan untuk mereka sebaiknya dimasak secara rebus dan kukus. Tidak disarankan untuk digoreng atau panggang.

Keep your body in good shape. I don't mean body weight. People with big bones  tend to be heavier than folks with smaller bones. Measure your waistline. Flabby belly means danger to your health. Diabetic, coronary heart disease,and etc.

Jaga bentuk tubuh yang ideal. Maksudku bukan berat badan. Orang2 dengan tulang besar cenderung lebih berat dibandingkan yang bertulang kecil. Ukur lingkar pinggangmu. Perut buncit itu berbahaya bagi kesehatan. Diabetes, jantung koroner, dll.

You will look good, feel good and be happy.

Kau akan terlihat lebih fit, merasa lebih baik dan bahagia.
