A/N: I start school on Monday and I feel so dead from band camp
Y/N literally takes 2 minutes for full glam makeup and it makes no sense.
Like I take 5 minutes just to put on lipstick I couldn't imagine doing a full face in 2 minutes.
BUT THAT ISN'T MY PROBLEM
Ladies and gents, I am here to talk about the most annoying thing these days about makeup in Fanfiction.
That's right
"Light makeup"
You've all seen it:
"Y/N decided to do apply light makeup. She took her beauty blender to apply her foundation and concealer, then did her eyeshadow, lips, and blush with contour. Omo, she almost forgot her highlight! She applied a nice highlighter from Kylie Cosmetics and was ready. Y/N felt satisfied with her look."

You sure that's light?
If your "light makeup" is the equivalent to a Jeffree Star tutorial, then I feel so sorry for your face when you do what you think would be "full coverage."
Light makeup literally is light makeup. It's for a quick "I'm too tired but I wanna look nice for school" look. You don't need 50 products on your face.
Also no one cares what brands you use on your face. It's a fanfic, not a makeup channel.
Moisturizer is NEVER mentioned
And you what else Y/N never does either?
I HAVE NEVER READ A FANFIC WHERE Y/N REMOVES HER MAKEUP AND WASHES HER FACE AFTER MAKEUP
Like am I suppose to assume I spent an hour scrubbing my face in between the 10 minutes it takes Y/N to come home and go to bed?
How is her face so perfect and pale?
