Ren and Ai wanted to see their parents again which meant continuing Yui's research. It was very difficult to understand how things worked but after so long even though they thrive as King and Queen they wanted to be a family again. Ren could only one way to bring them back to full life without any risks and that meant changing them into completely human. It was difficult because of their blood line was vampires but by using their combined blood they figured it out. Ren and Ai went down the tomb where they preserved their parents then commence the process it took ten days which was exactly 200 year after they were put into eternal sleep.

Ren went to his mother's side and Ai was by Kaname while they wanted for their parents to open their eyes. They saw the most expected thing happen Kaname and Yui hugged their kids before they spoke:

(Yui) " How is this possible?"

(Kaname) " We are human"

(Ren) " Mother I have found another way for all of us to live together in peace"

(Ai) " father this was the only way because we didn't want to live with regret for you sacrifice"

(Yui) "  You're the vampire king and Queen now so.. why did you want us to return"

(Ai) " We wanted to be a family again and theirs someone who wanted to meet you"

(Ren) " Mother and Kaname...this is Zane our son he's five"

Ren is holding hands with a little boy looks exactly like Zero use to which makes Yui get up hugs the boy and Kaname just smiles.

(Kaname) " So you wanted us to grow old helping raise our Grandchild"

(Ai) " Something like that but we just missed you and as much as we are family we wanted to hear and see you again"

Ai broke down in tears as she hugged Kaname and Ren hugged his mother along His son Zane. They all smiled because it's been a long time before since they last had a moment like this. This was definitely going to change things human grand parents and vampire children.
