Rigel Lestrange thought that darkness reigned supreme ever since he was a little boy. He learned the stories of his mother and how she wickedly tortured people to spread the darkness. When Rigel went to Hogwarts he showed how bad the Lestrange family was and made people cower when they saw him in the halls. Rigel saw light in the form of Hermione Granger and flew towards her, but her light caused his fall.
