"Are you going to say anything to me today, Connor? You didn't even look at me on the way to the office."

"I will say what is necessary for cases and emergencies."

"Connor, seriously, I really need to talk to you."

"Well you didn't seem too interested in talking yesterday, so why should I talk to you now?" Connor asked sternly.

Defeated, Hank gave up for the time being.

"Hank!" an officer called out. "We just got a report of a murder that occurred last night a few miles from here. The man who murdered the victim goes by the name of Adam Baker. You can find more information in the case file we just made. We need someone to check out the house, make sure no one else is still there. Think you and Connor got this one?"

"We're on it, Louis," Connor said and immediately walked out, flipping his coin in the air.

"Is he okay, Hank?" Louis asked.

"No, and it's my fault. I've been trying to talk to him all day. Got any advise?"

"Wow, I've never seen Connor that upset. My advise is to just focus on the case right now. He'll talk when he's ready."

"Thanks, Louis. Well, I'm off. Wish me luck."

"Be careful, Hank."

"Ah Louis, you know me. I never am."
