a chapter with possible triggers, will have a (!) after the chapter title. for example
1. cream and cookies (!)
it will also have an extensive warning pertaining to what is present in the chapter and if it triggers you simply do not read that chapter. after every chapter with a trigger, I will write a clean recap in the next chapter, including any plot changing twists and turns that took place during the possibly, triggering chapter, for those who chose to skip it due to the said triggers.
